Qualification
1. Lab Technician Gr II
• SSC with Diploma in medical lab technology Recognised by the Government of AP
(or)
• 2 years intermediate vocational course in DMLT and have one year clinical training in selected Govt Hospitals (in which These candidates have been permitted to undergo clinical training) or (completed one year apprenticeship training in best hospitals and awarded apprenticeship training completion certificate by the Board of apprenticeship training GOI Southern Region Chennai).
(or)
• BSc in medical lab technology Also.
(or)
• BSc with bzc in first class or BSc, (Life Science) in first class with PG diploma in medical lab technology issued by the NIMS, Hydrabad / SVIMS Tirpati
• PG diploma in clinical biochemistry course of the university recognised by UGC.
Who wants to apply this post The candidate should be registered with Andhra Pradesh paramedical board.
2. Radiological Physicist
• must have passed masters degree in physics or nuclear physics from a recognised University in first class only.
• Candidate must have passed one year PG training course in hospital Physics are radiological physics from Bhabha atomic research Centre.
3. Data Entry Oparator
• degree with any computer subject

• any degree with PGDCA/ DCA
4. Attender Post
• candidate must have 10th class pass only or equivalent.

How to Apply
• Who wants to apply candid should submit the prescribed physical application (appended with the prospects) along with the following in closer with self attested where it needed.
• 10th or equivalent certificate (identify date of birth)
• Recent caste certificate in case of SC ST BC issued by Mr concerned in the absence clear proper certificate.
• If in case of physically challenged person latest certificate issued by medical board should be enclosed.
• If in case of ex servicemen relation certificate issued by complete authority shall been in closed.
• Study certificate from class of 6th to 10th from the School where the Candidate (Bonafide) . SSC or its Equivalent done by private study without Attending any school resident (Nativity) Certificate from issued by Mr for previous 7 years. in the absence of the above certificate the candidate will be considered as non local if the candidate will not submitted the certificate the candidate called non-local non local candidate will not get any reservation oral notification.

• Certificate of permanent registration in Andhra Pradesh state respective council only.
• Service certificate from the controlling officer concern letter dm&ho and DCHS any other authority who appointed the application in case of medical officer working on contract or Outsourcing Basis,
In absence of which the candidate will not be given any weightage also.
